• What is your contact information?

  This enables us to easily send you any catalogs, pictures, price lists, etc.

• How can I place an order?

  • Order right away via our website options
  • Send us an email to orders@npembroidery.com or get into contact with someone at our office (562) 302-0673 (call only)
  • Submit a quote form through the “Custom Quote” tab on our website

• Turnaround Time?

  We strive to turn around orders within 5-8 business days after you approve your mock-up.

  Mock-Ups are usually sent via email within 1-2 business days after placing your order. (subject to change depending on quantity and details of the order)

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ?

  We don’t have a minimum order quantity because our extensive range of machines and equipment allows us to handle orders of any size efficiently.

  However, bulk/wholesale is offered for orders of 24+ or more pcs

• Do you ship?

  Yes we do ! 

  If you order online, the shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout and you will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

  If you have a custom order that you placed with someone in the office (phone or email), shipping costs will get calculated after the order is completed – and you will receive a call from our office for the balance.

• Refund Policy?

  1. Quality Assurance Policy: Refunds are available if the design or quality does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or is defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund.
  2. Design Accuracy Policy: We cannot issue a refund if the item is completed according to the approved design mock-up. Refunds are only provided for errors in printing, design, or defects in the material (that does not match the approved mock up).
  3. No Refund on Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our part with the design, size, or quality. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
  4. Size and Fit Policy: Refunds for size issues are not accepted unless the wrong size was sent. Please consult our size guide before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.

• How can I place a re-order?

  We make re-ordering easy !

  Simply:

  • Click on the “Need to Re-Order?” tab on our website
  • Enter your email (make sure it is the same email you previously ordered with)
  • Click on the link sent to your email
  • Choose the previous order you placed with us and add to cart

• Do you have more products that aren’t listed on the website?

  We offer a wide range of items to choose from, though due to the large variety, not all of them are listed on the website. Some items are more exclusive and may be available upon request or through special orders. Feel free to reach out to us via email orders@npembroidery.com  if you’re looking for something specific!

• Will I see 1pc before full production ?

  IF you clicked on “Internal Approval” after placing your order – then we run a physical test and our team internally approves it.
