Needlepoint Embroidery started by accident — born out of a need inside our family's foam manufacturing business. What began as embroidering company names onto mattress covers quickly became something much bigger. We saw the potential, went all in, and carved out our first workspace in a fenced-off corner of the foam factory in 2019.
As orders grew, so did our space. In 2022, we moved into our own dedicated shop — the one we call home today. Since then we've expanded our team, our services, and our commitment to producing work our clients are proud to put their name on.

CONSULTATION
Submit your project details — garment type, decoration method, quantities, and timeline. Our team reviews and follows up within one business day.

ART PREPARATION
We prepare and digitize your artwork to exacting production standards. You receive a proof for approval before anything touches a machine.

PRE-PRODUCTION
We run test stitch-outs or strike-off prints on the actual blanks. Any issues are resolved before full production begins — not after.

PRODUCTION & QA
Your order runs through our quality control checklist at every stage. Garments that do not meet our standards are removed and re-run.
05
DELIVERY
Orders are packed, photographed, and shipped or made available for local pickup. Tracking is provided and you are notified at each milestone.
